First, you need restore git submodules via restore-git-submodules.sh script. Or bash ./restore-git-submodules.sh if Windows (with linux subsystem installed).

And npm install then npm start.

For vscode user, install there recommended extensions and press f5 to debug.

Warning: alway fix there tslint/stylelint errors before commit.
