GasTrackerExtension is a browser extension that provides real-time Ethereum gas prices and transaction cost calculations directly in your browser. It uses data from Beacon Chain's API to display the current gas price in Gwei and the USD cost of Ethereum.

Installation

1. Clone the repository to your local machine.
2. Navigate to chrome://extensions in your Chrome browser.
3. Enable Developer Mode by toggling the switch in the top right corner.
4. Click 'Load unpacked' and select the directory where you cloned the repository.

Usage

Once installed, the extension will fetch and display:

• Average gas price in Gwei.
• Current ETH price in USD.
• Estimated transaction costs for swaps, bridging, and NFT sales.

Example

After loading, the extension will display:

Average Gas Price: 100 Gwei ETH Price: $3000 Swap Cost: $60 Bridging Cost: $90 NFT Sale Cost: $60
