gbs-config

1. Converts AIM v1 GBS data from proprietary format json files exported from Servoy using AIM_DataMgr:

• to json (in /circaRoot/pathways/gbsInstance/json)
• to leveldb (in /circaRoot/pathways/gbsInstance/db) see scripts convert & list

NOTE: That only aim_atlas_config_db is converted.

Records are reformated to use camel case field names and convert JSON strings into json.
