Rodri Yeoman generator

My yeoman generator Will add more generators in the future when needed

You will need to install yo Yeoman generator

> npm install -g yo

and then

yo rodri:eslint

will prompt as list

"Which ESLint config do you want?"
> javascript
> typescript
