GenoREC

GenoREC is a JavaScript library recommending genome-mapped data visualizations based on data and task descriptions.

This fork will have several changes to the original implementation (aditeyapandey/Genorec-Engine), which will make the integration of Gosling.js-based user interfaces more convenient. These include

  • Direct outputs of Gosling specifications
  • Include actual file URLs in recommended outputs
  • TypeScript support
  • Test suites
  • Use Vite, Yarn, Eslint, and Prettier for maintainance
