After importing a previously imported save file for Episode 1, I had a message in the game that I should load a script. After loading the game I had the "Bargain Basement" when i got there i was asked to pay $50 for the special edition of Vice City. I do not know if this is a test for a special edition or what. If someone could respond to me.


So here are the screenshots from the PC version of the game with my mod in it. You'll notice the new UI (and how different it is from the normal one). This was done using the in-game editor (MapEdit.exe).  Main menu screen I posted earlier that a friend of mine wanted to edit Vice City to a Gamecube, so with his permission I took the liberty of detailing the process in the following post. I took the liberty of adding pictures of my friend's progress, which can be found in the spoiler below. I don't know if my friend has edited the rest of the game in such a way that he has the Vice City GameCube environment, but if anyone has any other info, please share. Thanks! The modifications were all done through editing the game's config.cfg file with a text editor. I call this my Super Shiny Mod for Vice City because the game gets a nice overhaul (see screenshots, map, textures and more), looks better, and runs perfectly.
