GTD, Now Habit, 7-Habits Update: The Weekly Schedule

GTD, Now Habit, 7-Habits Update: The Weekly Schedule > https://blltly.com/2tkuhY

hmmm, theres no such thing as a perfect system. but, i do believe that if you have a system that works, that does not need to be perfect, then the system works. a perfect system is one that works perfectly every time. thats a design flaw. if you believe in it, youll adapt it to your own life. and, i believe in it.

sorry, i was thinking about the part that david allens gtd review mentions that i should write down what i want to get done next. ive read quite a bit about the binaural beats, but never tried them myself. ive had a lot of success with meditating. ive been meditating for a long time, so im almost completely out of technique. but, i know its helped me get more things done. ive had a bad lot of luck with the use of affirmations. focusing on positive or negative statements just sort of annoys me. ive had some success with certain techniques that are out of the norm, that ive used. like, i meditate, and i also say to myself, how do i want to feel today? if i feel peaceful, i say, so be it! i say, to myself, in my mind, i say, so be it! at the end of my meditation, if i feel calm, and i feel peaceful, i say, so be it! i say, in my mind.

i was so inspired by covey and his book that i began to realize i hadnt really taken a look at my weekly schedule. so, ive done that. ive been using the weekly schedule for a few years now, and its proved to be a great way to make each week count. if you have not done so already, go through your weekly schedule and see what you have accomplished. if you find that you arent doing much, or anything, make a list of your top 3 roles and top 3 tasks and then, go back to your weekly schedule and see where you are lacking. 84d34552a1
