i can get on to the owners screen, but when i try to click on autocad, extreme, revit, navisworks, solidworks, or sketchup pro it says "the server is unreachable". i have now reinstalled revu and the license is not working. i dont understand, we did this a month ago and it was working. i even got an email about the license being used.


the license works on my other office pc but not this one, in fact it only stays connected with my main licence, so why is it automatically changing? i cannot get it to work. i have tried the instructions from below and the below link. it has worked well for years. 


i reinstalled revu 2016 and it's now showing the licences for autocad, extreme, revit, navisworks, solidworks, and sketchup pro. i can not get past the licence browser and i receive the error message "the server is unreachable". the plugin still works but only with the licence that i have set as default.


i have a licence for sketchup that i paid for in 2011, is there anyway i can delete the licence that is showing in revu or the licence listed under my members? can i still work on the projects that were created under sketchup in 2011?
