An easy to use Hain-Plugin to start your steam games.

Install

Use this command in Hain

/hpm install steam

Configure paths

This plugin uses default paths from Steam. But you can set your own paths if hain-plugin-steam cannot find any games or steam itself.

Just use /steam and append the absolute path to Steam (Where Steam.exe is) or steamapps (Where appmanifest_xxx.acf files are). Read the search-entry, it tells you what path is missing. E.g. for Steam directory:

/steam C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam

And for steamapps directory:

/steam C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps

If this command-based configuration doesn't work for any reason, edit the config-file manually. Path:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\hain-user\plugins\hain-plugin-steam\config.json

Restart Hain after modification of the config-file.

Usage

To start a steam game just use this

/steam gamename
