 hollywood camera work shot designer is easy to use. you use it to create cinematographer shot charts; previsualize your scenes and make a real-time storyboard; use it to create a directors viewfinder photo that is tied directly into your shot list; and sync to make it really easy to write shot, moment, and line on the day of the shoot.


 although the trial is a trial, it is very easy to use. you can create and edit up to 50 shots per project. if you end up not using the trial version, you get unlimited storage, save projects, and have access to premium features.


 the editor supports cameras (pc and mac), so you can add and edit all the cameras in your production shoot or storyboard. this is the feature i used to do storyboards. i was able to have storyboard meetings all while the camera was rolling. the editors are very good about helping you design a great shot and if you need help or have an idea, they will help you. it is a solid and well made piece of software. 


 my only complaint is that if you plan on distributing a project over dropbox (or a shared dropbox folder), you will need to move the project folder onto your desktop or laptop first. i only discovered this when i was trying to make changes to a project on the road and was having issues. this was really frustrating as you could think you are making changes in the image editor when you are changing stuff on your desktop. 84d34552a1
