Holy Emoji! is an emoji search engine built with Algolia and React InstantSearch. You can remix your own version and learn how to use Algolia by doing it. No previous experience is required.

Remixing data

You should change the Algolia project ID and API key in App.js point to your own index, which you can build by following the instructions in this app's sister app: holy-emoji-indexing.

This is recommended so you can get even more control over the search experience, including adding synonyms so that you can find emojis by words that you specifically like to use.

Open App.js to customize the search experience, including how search controls and results are displayed.

Add your own style inside App.css.
