HTML Document Parser
Here's a sample usage:

Parameters
enc(title, content, head, navigation, defaultstyle);
Title
The title of your document.
Content
The actual document content.
Head
Optional Additional HTML content in the head tag. For example:
<link rel="stylesheet" href="style.css" />
Navigation
Optional A navigation bar that shows above your content.
Defaultstyle
Optional If true, will activate a default CSS style.
