An adapter which lets you use https://github.com/gcanti/hyper-ts with https://github.com/fastify/fastify.

Please refer to hyper-ts's documentation for its usage.

To use hyper-ts with fastify, just replace hyper-ts/lib/express imports with hyper-ts-fastify.
