Moncsi hates onion, and wouldn't eat any kind of food containing it.

That is at least until she knows that it contains. This heuristic filter is ought to mark food that contains onion that she can discover. For example if the food contains only trace amount of it (e.g. spice mixes), this algorithm will consider it Moncsi-compatible.
