meteoblue adapter for ioBroker

This adapter fetches weather forecast from meteoblue.com and creates a rainspot (precipitation distribution within 35km).

Installation requirements

• node.js >= v14.0 is required
• js-controller >= v3.3.19 is required
• admin >= v5.1.28 is required
• Application Key for "data package: basic-day", generated by meteoblue.com, is required
