Initial setup process

1. Install Node.js
2. Under root folder
   • run npm install
   • run npm run build
   • run sodu npm link
3. Under ./ipylabeler_sims
   • run npm install
   • run npm link ipylabeler

Development process

1. Under root folder
   • run npm run watch
2. Under ./ipylabeler_sims
   • run npm run dev

     Webpack watches files and recompiles whenever they change. Wait for the localhost to finish restarting, and then refresh website to see the updated page
