In the series' epilogue, when the final fight for the Nine-Tailed beast's power began, Naruto used the Nine-Tailed Beasts in battle and succeeded in waking up the beast. But, when the beast unleashed its chakra, people in the village and some of them of the Hidden Leaf began to disappear in a flash.


In his effort to awaken the beast, Naruto avoided the controls, and he let it run free. As he grew even more enraged, Naruto took over the beast and the nine-tails chakra seeped in the flesh of his body. He became the new Hokage of Konoha once again and time resumed, however with the Nine-Tails as the actual leader.With the Nine-Tails, Naruto turned into a beast and began to rampage throughout the village, a rampage that would tear Konoha apart. However, thanks to some resolution of the problem Naruto's village found, Jiraiya can remove the Nine-Tails' chakra from Naruto's body, thus returning him to his human form. In the end, Naruto met his brother, Sasuke, after seven years.


Naruto, who was frustrated from seeing his friends died, was at peace with himself while being attacked by the newly awakened beast. However, while he was preparing to die, a figure of light appeared and stopped the beast's attack. 


The figure of light was actually a female shinobi called Uzumaki Naruto. Naruto then fought the beast again to make sure it would not attack anyone and he was able to destroy the beast. After that he received chakra from his counterpart and began to power up again, becoming a new Hokage. Naruto was given the task to end the war between Konoha and the Hidden Leaf. When going back to his Village, his team members and friends came out to greet him. Seeing this, Naruto came back to the present, and he was able to see the three Tailed Beasts awakened, protecting the village from the Dark Release attack from the village. 84d34552a1
