Don't use this version. Use the original node-testrail

This is just a personal fork as I seem to be the only person out of thousands that used this package, who tried to use the updateRun method.

There is a pull request at the original to patch this in, but I needed the fix ASAP, so I made this fork. This will not be maintained, so rather use the original.
