What is this about?

K3 is an encoding system. It is used in the game "CelLua Machine" to encode and decode level codes.

Why is it so bare-bones?

The only function available is isValidK3(<insert code here>), which returns a boolean.

Will encoding and decoding get added?

Yes, eventually.
