Kap plugin - Upload MP4 to YouTube.

Install

In the Kap menu, go to Preferences…, select the Plugins pane, find this plugin, and toggle it.

Usage

In the editor, after recording, select MP4, and then Upload to YouTube.

OAuth 2.0 Credentials

Using this plugin requires a Desktop OAuth 2.0 Client (https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/credentials). The YouTube API additionally notes:

All videos uploaded via the videos.insert endpoint from unverified API projects created after 28 July 2020 will be restricted to private viewing mode. To lift this restriction, each API project must undergo an audit to verify compliance with the Terms of Service. Please see the API Revision History for more details.
