This project will provide a scalable Node.js service that can create and verify access tokens.

• It can be embedded as a Node.js module in another project, or deployed as a separate process or web server.
• Although the server will be written in Node.js, it can be used over the web from any language.
• There will be support for Active Directory SSO, OpenID Connect, and custom databases.
