If the goal is to install on a Macintosh computer then be sure to download the version that is appropriate for either the Intel based (generally pre-2022) machines or the newer (post-2022) M1/M2/M3 machines.

Lakefinder is no longer under active development. However, much of the information is still relevant. For example, if a lake was stocked every second year for 8 years running, odds are it is still being stocked.

Colorado Lakefinder is free. Copy and/or give away to anyone you wish.

Java source code for Lakefinder is available at this website using the commandline install "npm i lakefinderpackage". This will download the java, audio files, icons, and essentially everything you need to write your own version.
