Lab 6: Simple NodeJS server with Express Framework

Description

This is the lab work for a NodeJS server with Express Framework, and now including React JS
This lab work is based off the example provided in the lecture.
Some known issues:
Deleting all the users will empty the JSON file, which will render further control panel commands bugged
User ID does not update properly
