libfordictreading v0.1.1

The main function, readFromDictOrDz(filePath, word) takes a path (supposed to be a .dict or .dict.dz) and a word and returns its definition.

Notes: In the same directory of the the given filePath, there must be an .index file of the dictionary. (with the same name)
