Quick Set Up

Add the lib

$ yarn add lightpack --dev

Scaffold a webpack.config.js

$ ./node_modules/.bin/lightpack-config
import lightpack from 'lightpack'

const config = lightpack(process.env.NODE_ENV)

module.exports = config

Set process.env.NODE_ENV

  • test
  • development
  • production

Update npm scripts

    "start": "NODE_ENV=development lightpack-server",
    "build": "NODE_ENV=development lightpack"
  }
}

Run webpack or webpack-dev-server

$ npm start
$ npm run build

With Options & Plugins

$ yarn add webpack friendly-errors-webpack-plugin --dev
import lightpack from 'lightpack'
import FriendlyErrorsWebpackPlugin from 'friendly-errors-webpack-plugin'

const config = lightpack({
