Config Options:

• http.download_dir (defaults to ./downloads)

Fetch whole web pages from _lf_downloads.

• http.download_dir (defaults to ./downloads)

  Specify the target download directory.

• http.wget_cmd (defaults to wget)

  Specify the path to the wget command.
