i love that part of the game and its so much fun. lode runner is a game that i always find myself coming back to, and often find myself saying i have to go collect more chests before i can explore more of the world. i just keep thinking of better ways to collect gold coins and traps to improve my score. its a love/hate relationship for me. i love the puzzles, but sometimes i end up hating the one-dimensional sequences.

in recent years the game has been ported to mobile platforms but one of the problems i experienced was the apps were hard to navigate, they didnt implement touch screen controls as well as an application like x360ce did. i use x360ce right now but ive seen many others. but lode runner the legend returns came along just in time to make my install of x360ce easier. i just scroll through the list of games and find the right one quickly and select it.

when all that was finished, i tried to get it to work. the first problem that i had was i needed to get my usb gamepad 2 working. i tried x360ce for several games and had a few problems but i couldnt get it to work. once i got that to work, i moved on to trying to get my usb gamepad 1 working. i couldnt get that one to work either even though i downloaded the usb drivers. i tried several of their resolutions and nothing would work.

its no surprise that the app wont work with the original controller, the one that was in the original game, and for that matter, any controller that has a single cable coming out of it. thats standard, its how these things work. there is no way to have a universal controller solution for it. 84d34552a1
