luminate-checkout-loader v1.0.11

This is a deployable front-end project that publishes a JS script to the Blackbaud CDN. The end goal is to allow any webpage to be able to reference a JS file in the CDN and use it to display the bbps checkout modal by just adding a button with the following three attributes:

1. luminate-donate-button: It does not have any value and it is just used to identify the button.
2. site-url: The base URL of the site
3. donation-form-id: The id of the donation form
