MDF Model Navigator

This application demonstrates the general usage of model-navigator-standalone, providing visualizations of all NCI Cancer Research Data Commons graph data models.

It can also display any model defined with MDF whose files can be accessed online.

Installation

To install and run, do

npx mdf-model-navigator@latest

and open a browser to http://localhost:3000.
