Usage ✨

To enable the theme in JupyterLab: Go to Settings -> JupyterLab Theme -> Mexico Light

To enable the theme's scrollbars please navigate to Settings -> Advanced Settings Editor -> Theme then enable the checkbox Scrollbar Theming.
