When it was over, I said "I told you so". A whole lotta people wont remember the second storyline because, uh, it was just there. It was, however, the longest conversation in the history of the show. It took place in Ezra's office at Rosewood High. In a nutshell, the girls came to Ezra to talk about Ali, and he told them what they wanted to hear about the triangle. When they came back, he said he wasnt going to talk about it, but if it happens again, he will take it seriously. I feel like breaking a few rules of decorum here, but I dont care because, to me, that is the best thing that could happen. Im serious! What if they brought up the break up in front of Jason and Kristianne? Would they be denied the episode for life? Not quite, but they would be downgraded to the formerly The Nine Basic Plot Types (it was great). If Ezra were to talk to them about the break up, wouldnt that bring up some kind of issue that might derail the entire season of Pretty Little Liars? I dont know, and I hope I didnt sound like a big headed bitch, but its just hard to trust these characters sometimes. Well, the technical hiccups aside, I have a question. We all know Alison is the main protagonist, so what about the other girls? Now that Mona's out of the picture, do they become the main focus? I think that the plot arc for her was really lacking and I hope she starts to develop into the next main girl. I also cant believe Aria is coming back for her fifth season. It was really surprising and I can only imagine whats in store for us as we go into the fifth season of the show. All in all, the show seems to be moving in the right direction.
