Installing MTS mock service for kpi

1) on command line as administrator 1) npm install -g mts-mock-server 2) mts_mock_service 2) in the widget.json 1) go to each urlData property 2) change the url form app/components/mts-widget/mts-widget-configs/api/ to localhost:3000 and remove the .json ext
