multileveldown-hang

This reproduces a case where multileveldown hangs when reading over the network. To simulate the case just run the following:

First load database with

npm run setup

Then start the test case

npm start

after async batch-stream concurrent-writable faker fork forkee level-batch-stream level-hyper monotonic-timestamp multileveldown one-time stream-array subleveldown through2 uuid write-only-stream
