how to publish a ts package on npm

#default cli:

安装:npm i my-sprite-css-img -g 

简单使用: sprite -y    //默认配置项 根据默认的地址开始生成

配置地址使用: sprite

1.暂时只支持输入和输出地址的自定义,后期扩展其他的参数。

2.根据提示自己输入地址 并生成文件

3.暂时只支持png格式的,后期对不同格式的图片文件进行无损压缩,
以供支持其他版本的.

tips:this pkg only for windows system for the moment,but it will support mac or linux system later,thx!
