Git branching & naming

We've decided to follow the name of the JIRA card as suffix for the name of our branch and additionnaly some more. Prefix is determined by the work.

i.e. EXM-114 Implement coffee machine | The branch would be "feature/exm-114-coffee-machine"

Adding the name of the card in the commit would also be welcome to ease code review.
