Password validators

The rules are from https://github.com/vt-middleware/passay

The password validators are:

whitespaceRule (moved to UniversalValidators)

uppercaseCharacterRule

Email validators

simple (only checks if it looks like a mail)
normal (follows the HTML5 rules)
