Nişanyan Parser

This is a script written in Javascript to call the Nisanyan Turkish Etymological Dictionary's API and parse the reponse.

Installation

• NodeJS is required, at least >v18.
• Clone the repo and npm install to install dependencies.
• Navigate to the directory of the clone repo.
• You can node parseNisanyan.js <word> or you can npm link to add the binary to PATH.
• Another option is to install this package to your global node_modules by npm install -g nisanyan_parser
• nisan <word> anywhere in terminal.
