methods

• updateLoginInfo: (p: {username: string; password: string}) => Promise<void>
• updateToken: (newToken?: string) => Promise<void> - refresh token or manually update token
• getScooterList - list all e-bikes, including name and sn, etc.
• getDetail - get detail by sn, return data such as battery, remaining mileage, etc.
