NoteGen

Notegen is a simple template based note generation tool.

Getting Started

Using Notegen is really simple! You can install it globally with npm install -g notegen. You can then use it anywhere in the command line by typing notegen.

Creating new Notes

To create a new Note using Notegen you can type notegen new. After typing this you will be prompted to select a template, name your file, and select the directory to put the note in.

If you'd like to re-use your previous settings, you can run notegen last. This will just rerun the previous command.

Adding Your Own Templates

You can add your own templates by typing notegen add. After typing this you will be asked to write a file name, a file type, and a file template (THIS FEATURE IS BEING DEVELOPED)
