this is a number class that is removes decimal point and adds an exponent base 10 to create more accuracy when converting from/to a string

to debug in visual studio

-in the Visual Studio project Properties, set debugging program to launch to path/to/node.exe

-set arguments to "../path/to/addon.js"

-set working directory to this folder (where this README.md is located)

-when using npm bindings, bindings should look for debug version first

to debug in VS Code same steps but create a launch configuration and also add vs code extension LLDB
