Nuts++

Nuts++ is a fork of nuts. It's simple (and smart) application to serve desktop-application releases.

:exclamation: IMPORTANT

This version supports assets for darwin platform and architectures x64 and arm64.

When you call /update/<platform>/<version>, in the platform add the required architecture, for instance:

  • For darwin-x64: /update/darwin/1.0.1
  • For darwin-x64: /update/darwin-x64/1.0.1
  • For darwin-arm64 (Apple Silicon): /update/darwin-arm64/1.0.1

Schema

It uses GitHub as a backend to store assets, and it can easily be deployed to Heroku as a stateless service. It supports GitHub private repositories (useful to store releases of a closed-source application available on GitHub).
