OCTGN Parser

Rough lib to load OCTGN data files and expose a jQuery-like API for traversing them.

Determines where to look for data files using the following environment vars:

• OCTGN_DIR (e.g. C:\Users\CurrentUser\Documents\OCTGN)
• MTG_UID (e.g. A6C8D2E8-7CD8-11DD-8F94-E62B56D89593)
