parttypes v0.1.1

This package is created for partypes component used in bloom project

1.most of the styles (common to bloom project UI) uses styles from bloom app local styles. only styles which are unique for parttype components are added in stylesheet in this package.

To use external link component: imgpath,title,link, linktitle,linkicon should be props
