PDLM - ProjectDelta Library Manager

Official project manager for ProjectDelta, a more secure and more user friendly library manager.

Installation

PDLM is a CLI package, meaning that PDLM is fully command line based. Note: Although this package is available on ProjectDelta, This installation is focused on NPM

Option 1: Global Install

Execute the following command in your command prompt

npm install -g pdlm

Option 2: Dev Dependency

Execute the following command in your command prompt

npm install --save-dev pdlm

then use scripts in your package.json to use PDLM.

Prerun Script

With each CLI run, our prerun script runs. It will install the required script, if it is not installed. This is to ensure that the CLI is fully functional. All the required packages is in the dependencies section of the package.

  3. Less storage - PDLM is a light weight plugin - meaning that PDLM will not take up much of your precious space.

  5. Cross platform - NPMJS packages can be used as dependencies.

adduser options

Register for ProjectDelta!

[Options]:
    -f --force: Whether or not to force register the user.

init

Initialize your project to be compatible with Project Delta!

[Options]:
    -y --yes: Whether to say yes to all init fields.
    -f --force: force login.

install options

Install a package from ProjectDelta!

[package]: The package to uninstall. If left blank all package in package.json will be installed.
[Options]:
    -d --dev: Whether or not to install the package as a dev dependency.
    -g --global: Whether or not to install the package globally.
    -f --force: Force install the package.
    -t --tag: The prefereed tag of the package to install.

login options

Login to ProjectDelta!

[Options]:
    -f --force: force login.

logout options

Logout of ProjectDelta!

[Options]:
    -f --force: force logout.

publish options

Publish a package to ProjectDelta!

[Options]:
    -f --force: Whether or not to force publish the package.

uninstall options

Uninstall a package from ProjectDelta!

<package>: The package to uninstall
[Options]:
    -f --force: Whether or not to force publish the package.
    -g --global: Whether or not to uninstall the package globally.

unpublish options

Uninstall a package from ProjectDelta! (Note: This is only available for the ProjectDelta team)

<package>: The package to unpublish.

update options

Uninstall a package from ProjectDelta! (Note: This is only available for the ProjectDelta team)

<package>: The package to update. If left blank all packages will be updated.
[Options]:
    -f --force: Whether or not to force update the packages.
    -g --global: Whether or not to update global packages instead of local.
