The hoped for usage is something like:

> permawit post --message "Hello World"

>   Enter Name of New Feed: Thoughts on a distributed web
>   Enter user name: kanej

>   Feed "Thoughts on a distibuted web" created at /ipns/xxxxxxxxxxxxx

> permawit post --message "Another insightful comment, lacking sarcasm and vitriol"
> permawit follow /ipns/yyyyyyyyyyyyy
> permawit show
