Release

1. Bump the version in mix.exs.
2. Bump the version in package.json.
3. Add version to CHANGELOG.
4. Commit version with Git tag vX.X.X.

5. Publish to Hex

   $ mix do hex.publish, hex.publish docs

6. Publish to npm

   $ npm publish
