1. update version of package
2. npm run build
3. npm pack
4. copy path of created file pl-chat-lib-[version].tgz
on project run
npm i [file_path].tgz

after changes repeat steps 1-3 and change version of tgz file in project package.json
remove last version tgz file (or save if its needed)
