Usage:
  polymer-serve [options] <root_directory>


  --help             Show the help
  --cache            Only build just once, then save the results.
  --precache         Precompile and cache all resources before starting, implies --cache
  --quiet            SSSHHH! Less logging.
  --polymer          Allow import of polymer libraries
