how it works:

npm install -g polyphasic

sl start or sl stop

(only first time) window + R -> input "services.msc" -> find "PolyphasicSleep" -> Right click -> Start

go to path C:\Program Files (x86)\sleep_config.txt edit ur time to switch windows on sleep mode
