powerdmenu

Get the power out of dmenu.

powerdmenu is a replacement for i3-dmenu-desktop and j4-dmenu-desktop. It's purpose is to find .desktop files and offer you a menu to start an application using dmenu. This NodeJS module should work just fine on about any desktop environment.

How to install

1. Install NodeJS and NPM.
2. Run npm install -g powerdmenu.

Usage

powerdmenu | bash or powerdmenu | sh
